Controller

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the provider named in the legal notice.

Account data (publishers)

When you create an account we process your email address and a password hash (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract). If you enable two-factor authentication we additionally store its configuration. If you configure payouts we process the payout profile you enter (name, address, optional company and tax details, IBAN/BIC or PayPal address) for accounting and payment (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR); credit notes are retained for the statutory commercial and tax retention periods.

Visitors of parked pages

When you visit a parked domain we process the technical request data needed to deliver the page. For clicks on offers we log the time, the page, the IP address and the browser user-agent to detect automated and fraudulent traffic (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in fraud prevention and correct billing). IP addresses and user-agents are anonymized after 30 days; the remaining statistics contain no personal data. Clicking an offer forwards you to the advertiser via our advertising partner adindex (adindex.com), which processes the click under its own responsibility.

Cookies

The dashboard uses a single strictly necessary session cookie for login. Parked pages set no cookies. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

Processors and recipients

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Transactional email: Mailtrap (Railsware Products Studio LLC). Advertising partner and commission reporting: adindex. Payouts are executed via your bank or PayPal.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists and deleted when you delete your account, except where statutory retention obligations (accounting, tax) require keeping credit notes and payout records. Click logs are anonymized after 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us via the address in the legal notice.
