1. Provider and scope

lime.ad is a domain parking service operated by the provider named in the legal notice ("we", "lime.ad"). These terms govern every account and every domain connected to the service. By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

2. The service

You connect domains you control by delegating them to our nameservers. We automatically issue TLS certificates, generate a content page for each domain and display product offers on it. When visitors click those offers, advertising partners may credit commissions.

We may change, regenerate or remove generated page content at any time, and may refuse or disconnect any domain — in particular domains that infringe third-party rights (trademarks, typo-squatting of protected names) or are used for unlawful content.

3. Your obligations

You confirm that you are entitled to use every domain you connect, that connecting it does not infringe third-party rights, and that you will not generate artificial traffic (clicks or visits by you, by people you instruct, or by automation). We filter bot traffic and may withhold earnings that result from artificial or fraudulent traffic.

4. Earnings and revenue share

Earnings shown in your dashboard are your publisher share of the commissions that our advertising partners report and confirm for your domains. lime.ad retains the remainder of the reported commissions as its service fee. Commission amounts, confirmations and cancellations are determined by the advertising partners; we pass their decisions on and cannot influence them. Displayed "pending" amounts are unconfirmed and may be cancelled; they are not owed to you.

5. Payouts

Confirmed earnings are paid out in EUR, monthly in arrears, once your payable balance reaches €10 and your payout profile (name, address, payment method) is complete. Payouts are made by bank transfer (SEPA) or PayPal to the method you configure, and are accompanied by a credit note issued through the self-billing procedure. Commissions reported in currencies other than EUR become payable only after our partners settle them in EUR. Amounts resulting from artificial traffic, chargebacks or partner cancellations may be deducted or reclaimed.

6. Term and termination

You can disconnect domains or delete your account at any time in the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, confirmed balances above the payout minimum are paid out in the next payout run; artificial-traffic and fraud cases forfeit the affected earnings.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; for simple negligence only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical foreseeable damage. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, any particular level of traffic, or any particular level of earnings.

8. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms with effect for the future. Material changes are announced in the dashboard or by email; continued use after the announced date constitutes acceptance.

9. Final provisions

The law of the provider's seat applies, without its conflict-of-law rules and excluding the CISG. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder stays in force.
